This was created two years before all the others lol. Adding the text came last and I had to think long and hard about how to make the thought balloons. I looked at Sarah Ellerton's The Pheonix Requiem for inspiration and went with this look.

All the characters also have their own typefaces for their speaking and thinking style. To give you more of their personality. Oh and for some reason I really love the texture of her coat's fur in this page.
